lemme help all of you, who have "open steam" problem while playing.
i downloaded through torrent so imma tell you that
1. after mounting the iso and installing the game, open the mounted disc.
2. locate folder plaza and open it (thats the crack basically).
3. copy all contents into your installed directly.
4. it will ask if you want to replace the files. press 'yes to all'/'yes'.
5. play the game.
no more errors.

I'm assuming that the problem wasn't fixed but the mega links are currently unavailable. It would be awesome if someone could bring it back??? And I have tried the other links but they didn't work as well.

3.11 is mostly about cosplay pics, even though says bug fix and such. So I don't think that someone will make a torrent just for an updated cosplay DLC. If you need those, just download them on the OP.
