If you select your brothel slaves, either individually or selecting multiple by dragging, you get the option menu showing up where you can fine tune stuff like pixie interactions with newborn. The pixie option panel at the top where you see your total amount of active pixies also allows you to completely turn off certain actions.

CB mod question, how do you usually get specific essences (like eternal) or get rid of them to have the only one that you need.
Eternal can be gained with the tentacle room upgrade "-taint", or by having children with the NPC Amelia in your mansion. Aiming for other specific essences, such as sacred, is easiest through breeding with brothel customers by only allowing certain factions.
For removing, just upgrade your tentacle rooms to drain essence.

i usually use brothel to give whatever trait i need beast and from there breed with wolves. If there's any trait that i don want i just drain it with tentacles.
for example: i want to breed a fairy. I search the brothel for any slave that has either sacred or magical and dont care if they dont have feral i put them on a gloryhole that only accepts guild until they give birth to a kid with the essences i need + feral. From there i in-breed with werewolves until i have the amount required of the essences i want, for the essences i dont want i use tentacles with the drain essence to reduce it. And once i have the correct essences i breed until they give the race i want.
This is my method, there are surely better ways of doing it tho.

The Templar Order or whatever it's called is unlocked after some time. Your brothel needs quite a bit of reputation first.

no, I'm talking about the rune ending, because it says that I have to have more than 100 tentacle quarters, and sell the fragments that they give me
and I already did it but I still don't have that ending

If you did everything correctly, it should happen at day 50.
I think it requires around 1000-1500 reputation or so. Keep grinding and keep the brothel speedup buff running (crafted via the alchemy).
Uploading my own save in case future me wants to play this game again in a while and not grind for a few hours. with any luck someone else will find this useful. version 2.0.16.0, vanilla, day 53 all endings except rune's (someone else has a save up for getting it unlocked but it is a non-ero CG so not my priority). I used cheat engine quite a bit so most useful items are pretty numerous. the save file was renamed to be number 3 but if you have something you care about already saved there make sure to change the number to something that works. put the extracted files in LocalLow\ApplePie\MonsterBlackMarket\SaveData which is found in %AppData% for those who don't know where the save files go.
