For Dummies in the modpack is for the version of complex breeding in the modpack. It does not add anything, it just changes balance (in favor of making game easier).

You don't need a mod. Cosmetic potions sold in the brothel change appearance in a controlled fashion.

Unfortunately like the gallery no, at most using this object (5 every 24 hours in game) it is possible to modify the characteristics of the slaves and monsters... but if for example you want a "Usagi" with bigger breasts you can't with this object.
Maybe with some mods but I don't use any and don't know of any.

I'm on my playthrough with Complex Breeding from the modpack. I noticed that the guide here says that there should be "knights order (blue people)" customers in the brothel. However, I have never seen one, and Barbara's upgrades do not create rooms for them. Are they just not in the version from the modpack?

They certainly do exist in the version from the modpack. You'll need to get a lot of reputation with mercenaries and cultists before they start coming, though.

You must be registered to see the links

only lists what essences can be found on clients.
But you can also get many essences by buying slaves and monsters. For example, hunters often have feral essence, and elves often have magic essence.
Special slaves often have unusual essences for their species.
And you can get eternal essence from properly upgraded tentacles.

Special slaves aren't obtained from brothel rank. They are obtained from reputation thresholds with colleagues. Either at 33% and 66%, or at 50%.
And I think they just conform to well-known tropes rather than being references to specific characters.

According to the mod description, reputation with any kind of clients will do.

There are 2 factions to begin with and 2 other are unlock when get reputation level with any other faction is high enough:
for example Knight Order is unlock when you have 4 level (Reputable) with Mercenary Guild or Religious Sect

I'm pretty sure there are no special races in DLC. Just tentacles and special slaves.

You can "turn off" venereal disease by using the last upgrade for the brothel.
The baseline rate of venereal disease should be enough to fulfill all your disease DNA needs in any decently-sized brothel. But if you want to, you can just let a corpse rot in a room to fill it with disease. That's more reliable than brothel clients.

Traits can be adjusted by modding, for example Complex Breeding does that. But you shouldn't be relying on the brothel for traits in the first place. The main sources of trait improvements are birth room improvements, corruption and milk.
