I've noticed that the cosmetic potion cannot be used on the girls, only on monsters.
I will be assuming this is so people don't mess with the skin color of some evolutions as they are not within the base options for skin colors ?
And circumventing the Tentacle Room function on draining/enlarging breast size.

Yes, this is intentional. I am not sure what the intent was.
Breast size is not actually important in this game, whether it's baseline or modded, as long as you have enough fairies. It just means longer cycles of milked and not milked (so it's convenient to have big-breasted slaves in early game before you get automation).
But cosmetic potions messing with restrictions on new races seem likely.

Random but does anyone know how to segregate saves/where the saves are?
I downloaded a second one and put it on the second drive of my PC so that I could pklay one with some mods and the other with conflicting mods but they both load the same saves.

If it's appearance, buy an appearance-changing potion from the brothel.
If it's numeric characteristic, you can't. You have to breed them and corrupt them to get what you want.
If it's "racial" characteristic, there's really nothing you can do - every bloodline's characteristics are fixed. But special slaves and colleagues have much better characteristics.
Mmm one other question. Where CAN you modify characteristics. And is it possible to make it to where there is no cool down on “recycling” individuals for pixy’s?

There is no reliable way to modify characteristics. But if you're willing to throw dozens of milk bottles at a slave, you can fix whatever problems they have.
A mod that removes the limits of recycling has been discussed lately.

strange if you completed the game 100% gallery should work, have you tried starting the game in english with your save?
Completely derailed- every other species will dismantle except werewolves and even new games don't solve it Wasted alot of hours trying ot solve this no clue what is wrong
