I wonder whether they'll have to censor or change bits of it. Does steam have rules about the type of content porn games are allowed to have?
Things that come to mind that could cause problems would be the lolis and the horse scenes.
Rape maybe but less so given some of what's on the store already.
Incest they've previously published games so probably fine as well.

Mad Island is on Steam. Including rape by giant spider and incestous breeding.
Its DLC content (which is mostly loli and shota) isn't.

Loli content will be removed from initial release but patch will restore it, that's how censorship bypass usually works for h-games anyway. And new build's file system allows to do it (closer to ProjectR in handling character assets).

So I have the mod pack, put all the files where they are supposed to be and moved the directory so that the path is short, but when I start the game the menu still doesn't appear. Am I missing something?
Press F5 to open the modpack's menu.
Does an extra window appear when loading? If yes, check if it displays any errors. If no, share a screenshot of the game's directory so that we can tell if you've put the files properly.
Also check out my "modding" guide, there might be a step you've missed.

I am pretty sure there should not be a BepInEx folder in the MonsterBlackMarket_Data folder. Only in the main folder.
You also do not need to install BepInEx separately if you're using a modpack.
So, the short version is, you need to unpack the modpack in the game's main folder, not in MonsterBlackMarket_Data folder. I recommend cleaning up things, but it's probably not important.

So I got rid of the extra BepInEx folder and extracted the mod pack into correct folders again, but still no dice.
Unless you can provide some sort of error messages, I can only advice you to read my "modding" guide.

Figured it out. Idk why but I think my anti virus was blocking it? I reinstalled the game, put everything back where it was supposed to be and still wasn't having any luck. Then I tried turning off the wifi and trying again. That's when that second window that's supposed to pop up actually popped up.
No clue how or why tho. Oh well.
just curious but what are the most recent mods and how would you install them? Also I heard there is going to be a steam release where would I look to learn more about it?

Different UI, different code setup. It will require some rework which I'm not entirely sure we can do.

ComplexBreeding mod for all-new mechanics and TitsMod (which you can find in my post signature) for performance, visuals and some minor mechanics tweaks here and there. There's also a modpack and flannan have tutorials for all of them.
TitsMod is basically a drag&drop to your clean game with DLC kind of setup. ComplexBreeding is a BepInEx mod which might require you to read some manuals about it, but again, user flannan should have instructions for it

Just finished the vanilla+DLC game, and I gotta say, Rune's ending is kinda disappointing. Though what sucks most is that it doesn't let you continue playing like the other endings.
