The people whining about it being vanilla probably played the game 5 mins and saw that nobody NTRs the MC and nobody berates him every scene, so they whine thinking you'll change your project if they are noisy enough.
They'll need to be a lot more specific with their criticism if they want me to make any changes.
To try and remedy this issue, I'm going to try and do something unique with every sex scene moving forward, but I feel like we're on the edge of jumping the shark as far as sex scenes go.

Nah, as i see the game is pretty good, tonsnof fucking amazing art, quite good story, sex pretty much wherever ya step. But yeah, from the stuff i have seen over pletny of other games, people just either play few minutes, and decide that thats the whole game, or just get huffy that theres no NTR cuckhold rape scene while MC is insulted and trashed fresh out the gate, or just get upset that some specific kink isnt tickled. But besides that, its just issue in taste. But theres the isue, like theres pretty much nth that i can hold up to ky kinks in this game, amd yet, its by far, the best nsfw game i have played. I have a hunch that when the reviewers mentioning vanilla, they're probably thinking that almost all of the sex scenes are penetrative sex. hi! i wanna start by saying im a huge fan of your work, and i basically stay 100% up to date with it. if nothing changed, i'd still think it'd be great. i don't mean any of this to be a destructive criticism, i'm just bad at making coherent constructive criticisms, but figured i'll try my best.
i don't think it's that the content is vanilla, but the scenes feel very vanilla, if that makes sense?
generally speaking, it doesn't matter what kind of relationship we have with the monster girl, or how much more powerful we are than them or they are than us, we usually just end up fucking her doggy or missionary. i can't really remember any scenes where anyone else is in control other than batmommy, we don't really get a whole lot of girls enthusiastic about very many of their own kinks (i feel like we've had close to zero degradation, sado/maso stuff, exhibitionism...). it was cool to see the nightgaunt girl with the rope stuff, it'd also be cool to see a girl who wants to tie us up.
as a specific example, we have that one lamia, who has been like fully and unironically waiting for literally dante to come give her kids. but in the scene it's not really different from anyone else in that chapter. personally i kinda expected her to enthusiastically coil around us in the scene and do the work herself.
tl;dr it's a lot of the same but with different girls around our dick, and like every girl is a bottom pillow princess who just takes it.
not that any of this is a bad thing, i just can see this as a big source for why people call it vanilla. i still find the game to be really fun & excellent fap material, but every so often im disappointed by say, not getting to titfuck some girl with massive bahonkadonkers like zoe or emilia, or never getting topped or pinned down by monster girls who could easily take us in a fight like luna or swiftstroke.

As it stands she can't ever have children. But lore wise there's no reason MC can't eventually use his demigod powers to heal her and allow her to have children. Unless she turns down the offer. That said it's entirely up to the dev.

I find the game fine as it is. I love the story, gameplay and adult scenes. They're diverse and you have all kinds of monster girls, positions, etc.

I think I can answer this, as I had thought the game is too vanilla on numerous occassions.
The problem is the same-y look of the girls between necks and thighs. Sure, some have bigger boobs than others, but that's about it.
The central body parts are all human-looking and due to the drawing style they very closely resemble each other. Cover up the girls' faces and limbs and you usually can't tell them apart. The only distinguishing factor is the skin color.
There are no plumpy girls. There's not a lot of variety in pubic hair. There are no girls drawn with thick fur, (the doggo is just gray in color, but not fluffy). Every vagina looks the same, maybe except the centaur's. Etcetera... (BTW encountering the centaur girl was like a breath of fresh air, finally something out of the ordinary parade of cookie cutter girls.)
There are almost no girls that have non-human middle body parts. It's just that every girl feels like the same model with a different skin tone if you disregard the limbs and head. Since you don't penetrate the limbs (or horns or whatever), every encounter feels too vanilla, like it's just another next door girl with some funny costume on her head (and arms) or covered in body paint. It gets repetitive quickly.
Yes, I know the game is about MonsterGirls, but I think people (including myself) would prefer if the scales were tipped more in the favor of "Monster" part of the "MonsterGirls".
