To be honest, I was hoping for it to play more into the sex scenes, maybe someone like Moona asking you to take it a bit easier out of concern for the baby. Also I forget if I've asked in the past, but why are the pregnancies so small on your characters? Almost all of them look like they're early second trimester, when people who have the pregnancy fetish (at least as far as I can tell) prefer them more developed, usually any range of the third trimester.

I've got a solution to the population decline. Just breed bunny girls.
Bunny girls gestate for 30 days and have roughly 4-12 kits. They can have 48-144 kits per year if they do nothing but breeding. To get to 1,000 children, it would take a single bunny girl 7-21 years. Let's half that time because we got two bunny girls, Alice and Wendy. If we continuously and simultaneously keep breeding them it would take roughly 4-11 years. If we focus on breeding bunny girls, we'll solve that population decline issue in no time. Lol.

You can only hurt the baby if you somehow get past the cervix (which will also kill the mother due to blood lose and immense pain) or if you are sick enough to bang her while she gives birth. Other than that the baby is perfectly protected.
Only problem is that the woman might not be in the mood sometimes for several reasons.

one of the primary objectives of the thousand babies program is to save the monster girl species on the verge of extinction. unless bunny girls become eldritch beings that can reshape the very fabrics of genetics in this universe (a possibility I'm not prepared to entirely discard given some of the things this game has you go through), breeding bunnies alone can't achieve that goal.
