Apologies for not making it clearer, but as tony_redgrave clarified and thank you very much for that, the Luck Commander who owns the Casino was the focus of that spiel and I was stating reasons why she may be into findom as well as the likely fact that if she were to indulge the fetish, then she would probably offer up a harsher version that may better satisfy Globglogabgalab69's desires than the relatively tame version of findom that Venefica offers. As I mentioned in the previous post, everything we've heard about her thus far gives the feeling that she may be a Rich Bitch character who believes they can do anything thanks to their wealth, especially since she is apparently so petty and vindictive as to cut off supplies to the Will-Power Temple for something as minor as ruining her introduction by revealing her name and/or species to the player character. As to how she would know that information was disclosed, considering Mizuko starts looking around at the walls during that conversation that details the other commanders, the Luck Commander has probably bribed a few Kunoichi Trainees and turned them into her spies.
As for Mika being findom, that's not quite it from my perspective. Considering it is more the player offering to fund everything and convincing her to take the money, or providing her with the funds by losing bets with her, whether intentionally or otherwise, that particular situation is more akin to a Sugar Daddy and Sugar Baby deal what with helping her get back on her feet and taking care of her by providing her with the funds necessary for a higher quality and standard of living. This holds especially true considering Mika will already perform quite a few actions with the player as long as she thinks they are hot by either having enough Power or Allure or if they show they are serious about wanting to spend time with her by offering a large amount of Eros, which she will ultimately refuse to take. That latter part clarifies that her content is not truly findom as she very likely would have taken the Eros just to spend time with her and talk if it were findom.
You can view virtually all of Mika's erotic and romantic scenes without giving her a single Eros, with the exception of patting her head and scratching her ears as she will charge Eros for that even though she enjoys it deep down, probably because it is embarrassing or just a part of her feline nature. Giving her Eros to constantly upgrade her living space and belongings primarily increases her affection/progress and also leads up to why she is so devastated if the player sells her gift, especially with the romantic undertones implied by its inscription. The player, who became her fuck-buddy, helped her through the darkest period of her life and over time, meant much more to her than she explicitly stated. I mean, the collar has 'If found, return to Mika.' engraved on the back with a smiley face with cat ears at the end. While she may not say she loves you, that collar and her reaction to you selling it make it quite clear that she does by the time you reach that point with her.

You're welcome, I'll readily admit that I too am looking forward to her romantic content. I'm not certain how large this expansion for her will ultimately end up being, but it will probably be out sometime in September and I hope that it will be her complete romance arc, or at least a fair portion of it.

Those are not in game as of yet. Those are outfits they'll use once they return to the Capital, possibly in relation to their jobs. The stories of the three Succubi Campers are not over yet and will be expanded upon some time in the future once we can travel to the Capital. However, we'll still have to clear the Labyrinth first, but that story update is most likely going to be v24. From there, I couldn't say what the plans will be, probably at least a few mini-updates of fleshing out existing content a little more before moving on to another major numbered update. At least we already know quite a few characters from the Capital and they already have their art assets in-game such as Heather, Jennifer, Catherine, Galvi, and Mara, not to mention Kaia was originally from the Capital as well and it could play a role in her story as the prior chapter of her life comes to a close. Then there's also always the potential for more stalking by the player's devoted Kunoichi Succubus, Shizu.

The answer to that question is the same as back in May, so not yet. There are at least a few Monster Girl species that appeal to the impregnation and breeding kinks with their dialogue currently, notably the Elves as a whole, discussions about Voltlins as a species, and finally the Lumiren as these three groups are quite breed-hungry albeit for different reasons. Eventually, the Elven Village will be able to be visited and more information about why the Elves desire children so much will be further detailed as they are experiencing a population crisis and according to Kotone, the youngest of the Elves are around 300 years old at least. So that Side Quest area will have something of a focus on creating the next generation, but I couldn't say how far it will ultimately go whether it will just be mentions and confirmations of successful impregnations or if there will be supporting art to a degree.
Meanwhile, Galvi the Voltlin does have dirty talk about breeding and the like, but no actual pregnancy content. For an unique character, she likely has the strongest appeals to the fetishes given Voltlins have a fetishistic breeding focus much like some depictions of female Goblins. Once again, I couldn't say how that will ultimately play out, but those fetishes are quite thoroughly mixed in with her content and scenes due to her species, she can even send the player character into a Rut as an actual status effect. The currently unnamed Lumiren also has a breeding focus as her species are deep water dwelling Monster Girls that typically only come up to the surface depths for the purposes of mating and having children. Like the other two cases, I couldn't say how this will ultimately play out with regards to the pregnancy, but she does have such a focus in her content and scenes already, just no confirmation on whether or not the attempts have been successful.
A few other characters do mention children as something they want further down the line such as Kotone talking about how she may not need to devise new trials for the player to see if they are powerful enough to give her the strong children she desires if they continue progressing their adventure. Kotone's mother was the last Nine Tail Kitsune, Kotone has the potential to become the first Ninetails since her mother passed, and she likely wants her children to be able to reach similar peaks of power. The closest you could come to such content right now if you want to see a display of fertility from a successful union could be Mara however as she does feature a cumflation in one scene to such a degree that she does appear to be heavily pregnant before she uses her Succubus powers to absorb the copious amounts of seed. Although, it does not have supporting art and you'll have to read and imagine those details instead.
While pregnancy related content may be the primary fetish that you are searching for, this title is quite well done and I would heartily recommend it, especially if those prior mentions of such kinks being touched upon are enough to hold you over while you wait to see how any actual pregnancy content turns out.

Now as for the update news, turning in the Elly's quest to investigate Venefica is being pushed back into v23.4 so it will not be rushed. Instead, Threshold is working on a small side project for a new character rather than an existing character. No details are being revealed, but Threshold has been using a suspiciously high number of Slimegirl related emotes when discussing the subject and has claimed it is something for the Mountain, but this latter part could be a distraction from guesses that were striking too close to what the character is. The event is all set up, all that remains is to set up the fight as well as write and implement two lewd scenes. It was described as having three lewd scenes, so one may already be complete and was implemented along with the event set up. Threshold believes they'll be able to have it done and released by the end of the day, but there is always the chance it could be pushed back to tomorrow to properly test and complete the new event. So update with new Black Knight Art, Nova Art, more balancing, and new event will be out either tonight or sometime tomorrow.
