I'll be considerate enough to explain you we don't fap on text alone, we fap on both text and associated art (and, if I'm not mistaken, there aren't monster girls without art anymore in Monster Girl Dreams, by last version). And the game you linked -- its graphics' quality has nothing to do against the most poorly detailed modded monster girl art of Monster Girl Dreams.

Are you playing a "Broken Cum fountain" hero or what ?
Save editing is a thing, and even without that if you choose easy mode and put all points into spirit, then you can start fairly high before you even get any perks or other boosts.
Broken fountain is an understatement. It's more like bountiful geyser. I'm more or less a food truck among the inhabitants of Lucidia. Play style is simple: The game cautions, "Be careful or you'll get addicted to monster girls." And I say, "Don't threaten me with a good time."
In my case it's just a normal file. I'm on normal difficulty, started with 3 spirit, and over the course of the game I've gained 12 additional spirit with the following perks:

IIRC if you put all possible points into spirit on easy mode you'll end up with over 30. And you'll need all that spirit because the monster girls will have a field day with such a weak hero.
well at least your virility will be great ,but you will be very weak and will heal more than you can damage, so is good that you can have in max 5 spirity in the begin.
