The purpose of that is to signify that Tabitha was influencing you with her hypnotic abilities to try and get you to dominate her. Tabitha may want to be a Hypno-Domme and the player can build her confidence towards such an end but she also has a notable submissive streak that the player can indulge in and strengthen instead. It is also possible to build both her Confidence and her Submission since she should be able to switch between being Dominant and Submissive in her future content if she has both built up.
You are not able to purchase Holy Skills at this time, but you can learn two from Lillian. You can learn the Holy Headpat, a largely joke skill at the moment but it does allow for an instant win against Feng during the very first fight with her, by following the dialog chain with Lillian by asking her about Monster Girls and steering the conversation towards the reality of Lucidia.
I have a post here that listed every romantic encounter that was in the game at the time by location and then this post elaborated upon it a little more. To add on to those two posts there is now Galvi the Voltlin and Beris the Hellhound, but neither of them go into a great deal of depth yet. However, interactions, notably those with the latter, do build up progress a.k.a. affection for future encounters such as in the Capital.

Certainly, although there is not very much information to really add at this point in time. Basically, if you decide to use Vivian's bra while you're in her room by yourself during her breast training, it will add an invisible Fetish/Addiction titled Devotion to Vivian. As for what Devotion to Vivian does at this time, that is unknown. However, it may make you addicted to Vivian considering it is a hidden Fetish like other addictions such as Manticore Venom addiction, the Addiction to Sofia, the Teacher's Pet fetish which makes you increasingly enamored with Mara and teachers in general as well as unlock the related perk, or even Vili's Curse that makes you increasingly fascinated with breasts, especially Vili's pair, and can lead to an auto-loss over the course of her trial.

The day/night system was recently added, so not much has been done toward making a bit better intigrated such as certain monsters ambushing you at night.

I kind of like the idea of the random mobs having a title in, say, 10-20% of encounters, and that title giving them a slight (or strong? or scaling with player level?) buff to certain types of move and a higher priority for those moves/stances. e.g. "Flirty ___" for bonus seduction damage, "Petite ___" for extra return damage, "Pouty ___" for extra mouth damage, "Toned/Lithe/Athletic ___" for a buff to grapples, "Sadistic ___" for extra pain damage, "Dominant ___" for extra damage in most stances that aren't blowjobs, "Cute/Beautiful ___" for a flat Allure bonus. It would make the cannon fodder a little more varied and add some decisions for times you're just mash-z-clicking through an early area for whatever reason. I like the idea of running into a Petite Kunoichi and having to change tactics to keeping my distance, or running into a couple of Athletic Imps and having to reconsider whether the fight is even worth sticking around for. I guess the buffs would have to be quite strong particularly on early game enemies though or it'd just fade into being unnoticeable. Still, it seems pretty low cost to add, has precedent in other games (so players should intuitively understand it when they see it), and could be quite nice.
So something like a rare variant perhaps?, that way you could have something like a 1/5 chance per enemy after you've cleared the area for the first time to come across the rare variant instead of the common variant, that way when you're grinding the max available number of ghosts in the caverns you could end up with say a "sadistic ghost" and end up with a really tough fight on your hands, or come across a variant of a monster that you normally are badly matched with because of your build and find it a bit easier, perhaps give them a slightly more valuable drop or eros payout to make it worth finding them.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a definitive date as to when the Monster Girl Capital will first be released. Before we get to the Capital, we have to travel through the Labyrinth, so there is at least one major story location that will need to be tackled before we arrive at the Capital. Besides this, the v23 major balance update is a notable build that is on the horizon, and then there is also the discussion of potentially handling a few other elements such as the Elven Village side-story area and the Dragon Queen* side quest after v23 and before the Labyrinth.
