I just started playing this game and i absolutely love how detailed the erotic scenes are described. Is there any way to romance the first Elf monster girl?
Hey! Glad that you've been having a good time and the writing has been enjoyable for you!

Concerning your question, the Elf is among the game's generic enemies, meaning that rather than a specific character, she's representative of a category of monster girls, just like the Blue Slime or Alraune, as opposed to characters like Kyra or Perpetua, who are specific individuals. So although the game has a lot of erotic scenes with Elves, there's no dedicated romance for "the Elf"... But the dev has mentioned that at some point in the future, he'd like to include an Elf Village in the game, so there may be content in that vein at that point, though there's no set ETA on when that'll happen.

I hope that answers your question!

Did you not get scenes with Belle and her milk stuff?
Did you not do Jora's scenes?
Minoni? Aiko? Mika? Even Vili's (dictionary def of brat) got a relatively even amount of scenes. One paizuri, one cowgirl, one mating press, one maledom reverse cowgirl.
I stopped toward the end of the temple when I last played awhile back, but I did as much content as I had access to character-wise. I agree with you that some characters like Minoni, Mika, and others are less femdom oriented and either have a relatively even amount of scenes or are mostly/entirely maledom focused.

I suppose my perception of why I consider the game to lean more readily into femdom territory is the sheer number of perks you can pick up through repeated interactions. Specifically: Auria has a findom perk, Kotone has 5 levels for her hypnosis perks (with another 2 being her blessing > lover path), Mara has 2 different perks, with Teacher's Pet being the third (I don't remember if this one replaced one of the first two), Stella has two levels to her lipstick perk, Venefica has two perks, Vili has two perks (one being positive), and Vivian's two perks. You can also pick up a perk for Matango, though the effects seem to be a double-edged sword and I'm not sure offhand if it's more of a penalty.

So like, while there may very well be a more balanced mix of scenes overall, most of the unlockable perks you can unlock from these character interactions are only done so through getting dominated. Obviously there's objectively positive perks like the ones from various food buffs and church blessings, but the only ones that /aren't/ acquired by being dominated repeatedly are the Manticore (ironic example in this discussion given her proclivity for domination), Amber, Selena, and Sofia.

Obviously these negative perks are usually more of a handicap than a straight boon, but the sheer amount of negative perks you can pick up from a diverse range of characters as they dominate you repeatedly solidly skews the game toward a femdom direction in my view. Like I mentioned earlier though, it's possible this shifts later on to help balance this out. But honestly at the end of the day it doesn't really matter if the game overtly leans toward one direction over another, as all of the content that I've seen has been done well.

Why would perks change your perception since they're just a state change?

It doesn't relate at all to the sexual content in the game?

I'm not saying there's no femdom scenes. In fact, you can ignore the maledom if you want and still get a TON of scenes. That's what I do. When I play, it feels like a femdom game due to my choices.

But. That doesn't change that when I battle Monster Girls and defeat them in battle, I'm domming them, and I have the choice to sexually overwhelm practically every girl I see, not only that but there's tons of hidden scenes to that effect and tons of ways to dom the girls.

That's why to me, claiming it's a femdom game is ludicrous. Just call it a switch game or wtv. It's fine to like switch games.

The calculus shouldn't be (I like femdom -> I like this game -> this game's a femdom game.)

That doesn't make any sense. Those perks represent changes imposed on your character by one of the monster girls, so obviously they are for the femdom content. The reverse would be changes that the MC makes to a girl, which would not be a perk that the MC has, it would be a perk that the girl has, but NPCs don't have perks like that; changes to NPC behaviour are stored in game variables instead.

Mara has 2 different perks
Leaving aside the discussion, I'm surprised that there are some NPCs that have content and i would probably die without knowing if no one told me. It never crossed my mind that Mara would have perks that I could get lol
