He's bullshitting. Patron codes are unique to each patron, are not tier specific and contain numbers. Give it a try if you want proof for yourself.
kinda sad that people are trying to steal DONATION codes. because that is what patreon is. donations to a FREE game. because they DONATED, they get a few extra perks. if you want to have those perks, DONATE to the poor bastard who is sitting there coding the game you want to play.

That aside, I just tried the game out, I went all the way until the talking to the mustache man talking about his milfs or w/e. when I tried to get to the ol breeder, It was somewhat difficult and used the bandaids that lady gave me, which is fine. but after getting to the old man and telling me to go south. I started to run out of band-aid and they are expensive so I basically just grind by killing monsters until I die, and it's kinda annoying to start all the way back home. so I think the price for bandages should be cheaper or maybe I'm just missing a way to make money, in which case should be very clear. The art is alright, the overworld art is no big deal, as long most of the effort is in the lewd parts because yknow porn game. Maybe have different music in other places? I'll keep playing a bit more but atm these are my thoughts.
Also kudos for you making a harpy having a Cloaca, it's actually why I tried out this game (saw you advertising on some reddit), not many artist do that and I think it's great.
that being said I do understand that this is a "pirate" site. but when the game is free and all the code gets you is some extra content that he made for donators, that I would expect really doesn't affect the game play, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me to want to steal it.
on another note, Tiny_Devil, you had mentioned a non-patreon discord a couple weeks ago. is that still a thing?
Have you been selling the panties that the girls drop? There's a button at the top of the trade screen that says "Sell Trade in Items". If that's not the issue, I know the game does need some balance. Npc battles also get you cash.
You can fast travel by going to the map and selecting a pin that's unlocked (not transparent).

I think if the description of the panties was made clear that you can sell them to any vendor might clear up the confusion. Damn the fast travel is a big quality of life change there, I guess I missed a text mentioning about it? I think a good way to combat skimers like myself is to have tip signs around the map to remind of features for newbies lol. But yeah I can see this game having potential.

We had that question in the thread once, if i remember correctly tiny was against it for ethical reasons (eugenics and all) and offspring would mean a lot of work for spritework cause of hybridisation. But thats just out of my head, could be there were other reasons too.
