I don't know how anyone can believe he is still making progress lmao, plus the game without the sex scenes is pretty much a glorified VN.
After 3-4 years of development with MASSIVE funding all he has claimed to do is a little creative writing. Maybe it goes to show how money can change people.
He has clearly lost passion for the project...

Maybe he got a girlfriend or somehow found a way to summon real monstergirls, that would explain why he no longer needs porn, lol for real, how could you not play porn for years, it is like not eating for years or not going to sleep, sexuality is like a natural human need, maybe he turned into an android and his robot body has no desire for sex anymore, that could be it. No porn for years... sure of course, sounds like something people can do. lol

Yea he could have definitely got a girlfriend, or boyfriend (he did put a twink in the game), or he might use the money from the game on prostitutes.
Maybe he got in a horrendous accident and had his testicles damaged, we will probably never know the truth...

I sense a lot of passive agressiveness between the holdouts in the server. On god, mention the word "abandon" or ask for updates and they desperately cling to that brief comment Red said a few months ago (literally the one where he said "Story 70% done, sex scenes too boring lol") it's hilarious. This shit is why I stick around.

It was probably the first real porn game I discovered and I rember thinking "Well it's not complete but I guess it'll be over in no time! Meanwhile let's check other games, they must be as accomplished and good-looking as this one right? All of them must be real-time 3D joints like this one right? right?"
It's amazing how ahead MGI was at the time, especially when all the competition had was low-res daz3D with barebones animation if any.
If anything Redamz had a solid 2 years of content before everything went down the gutter. And even that was a long boring time ago.

Jep... end of 2015 when the first version came out (Same as the first version of my 3D game AATOFL). But i have to admit that the game had two things going for it. Model quality (only for the characters) and animation quality. Everything else was more like.. well it existed...
It is (even in this day in age) very hard to actually create a 3D game because of the rat's tail you are dragging along. You need to take care of way more game logic since the NPCs can react in real time and maybe even need to walk from one place to another.
(god forbid if the NPCs are even interacting with the world.. or even worse.. with each other)
He released the right game at the right time with good models and animations, and then he clearly lost motivation. And other creators like me, we finish games but no one cares since it does not cater to the masses.
Maybe i should also create a monster girl game.. mhnn... >_<

In fact if you "made it similar" (I did NOT say sstteeaalll) to his Monster Girl models (but as you know how to do it) and wrote your own story (that starts off like his only, IE "waking up in another place, shipwrecked on this strange island") and let it be known, . . .that it's a 'parody' (no one can bitch)
you just might draw away all those dumb....er...stubborn patreons who've been throwing money after this useless abandoned game!! Just add a couple semi-transparent models to the front end and they'll come running...betcha!!

I hate to disappoint people, but, please have mercy with my soul.
I just lack the time for a second game in parallel development (in order to start and in the end finish my third game) i need to concentrate on ONE game.
Furthermore, I am sorry, really. Maybe I am getting back after I finished the next one, but.. We will see. I actually hope that there are other game creators out there who can make his monster girl game way more exiting than I could.
I created monster girl games in the past and I know from experience that my stories are way too lame xD

Oh...Ooops pardon me, I didn't realize you were developing another game. I thought Milky Ways was done/almost done and was hoping to make this your next game. Sorry I haven't kept up with your work as close as maybe i should. I've been helping another dev on his game...which brings me to an offer.
If you think you're story telling ability is 'insufficient' may I offer my services? You can tell by my signature what dev/game I'm assisting with plot and editing. My strength is story telling and have written significant portions of that game so if you check it out perhaps we could discuss it? If you're already working on one but haven't put it out, perhaps we could discuss it? You are one of the few devs I respect enough to offer. Your images are great and you create beautiful worlds.

Currently, i am in a transitional phase, a good friend of mine is working on the new game (world building) and i am just adding a little bit more content to milky ways until he is done. After that i will switch to the new game.
But as you can already tell i am currently not really in need for a story writer since the story of milky ways is done and the new game is currently in the preparation phase (technical wise)
I am kind of hanging in the middle right now until my friend is done with world building. And since the world is even bigger than milky ways it could take time.

Ok, well should your situation change, I'd appreciate consideration. You can see I do well in Sci-fi but also the fantasy world is interesting to me. Speaking of which, that is the first thought when you start thinking about a new game for yourself, what interests you most. If my interests are in the same genre as yours I think you'll find I'm a great collaborative writer. Best of good fortune on your project.

I remember the links here downloading .assets files you dragged and dropped into MGI_Data, but now both links download .exe files? are the .exes safe, and does anyone have the .assets files?
