Will he release the assets (rigged models, maps, etc.). to his supporters (or anyone really)? I would imagine the community would want to make the scenes he wouldn't and it would be cool to see people make custom after-stories and side-quests.
Like how amnesia the dark decent had mods like the small horse and other community made maps but without modding being officially supported.

Well he doesn't want anyone to touch his game so modding is out of the question. So the only way to get the models is if somebody decompiled them to a unity project. Think one or 2 people did it but I haven't heard from them yet on their progress.

this ahole is similar to me under that, after 1+ hours to make my maid in COM3D2, i couldn't treat her in a bad way or share it, to attach to the model ahahaha
but at least i didn't suck money out of people for nothing, like, you didn't know that people will fuck the characters you are doing?!?!?
That's the grey area here like most people are attached to things they make but when people are paying you to do it I think it should be released to the public or at least the people who gave you money. But who knows maybe one day..... .

I am late on this but you failed to mentioned that on Patreon, there were reports of inactivity on the site with content and even post. I also filed a complaint cause for 3 months, i subscribed to his message in a bottle tier ($20usd) and he had not once reached out to me . Along with the whole incest thing with Ara and Faranne. Your so called 'friend' took off with the money.
You don't want to say anything because you can't defend a dam word your 'friend' has done. Tell us, why did he go a whopping two years commenting one word in general chat, "segs." Why during those crucial years did he spend a lot of time in the Genshin Impact chatboard in the discord talking about how much he spent on certain characters? Answer this since he is your 'friend', what engine is he using to work on the next game and how much schooling or self-taught time will that take. And since he thinks the adult scenes are boring, he said he would not make anymore. So while everyone is interested in the storyline, there are a lot of people who want to play it for the 'segs'.
Tell everyone there to enjoy the lame ass soundtrack and being trolled about the next game chapter yet can't share one photo, or video teaser to shut all of the doubters up. But no, "segs." hrurrhrurhurru hurr

Idk what ya'll think I stand to achieve here. I never said he was blameless or that i stand by all of his points. Just wanted to clear some shit up so some of you who have been following this for so long can move along and find another game. I love lewd games as much as the next guy. I'm not coming here in defense of anyone it's just sad to watch. All just say everything i know and can share and dip as you guys are bit more ravenous and hostile than i thought at first. The art I've seen for the other game is MGI related. He is working in unity. Don't try ripping models for anything cause he will sue. The amount he's spent on genshin is a bit but nothing absurd wouldn't even call him a whale. It's hard to get him to do anything but (voice) chat as he's mostly busy i.e play games. I don't ever think his intention was to run off and leave people with an unfinished game. I think the game got out of hand and pressure mounted and eventually he broke. I know he was going through some shit at the time. I want to keep my posting about this minimal and civil as i don't want to upset anyone involved. Sorry if i cant give you guys what you want.

The man can't even motive himself to work on the game anymore. I find it hard to believe he'll actually take the time/money/effort to sue someone(s) over it

His intentions don't get one whit of sympathy, but you know what would?
For him to re-appear, apologize for his mis-deeds, dig back into the game and provide either it or its equivalent that he promised earlier that he would do. THAT would do something toward getting him his reputation back. Not until then will anything change. You, sir, have a bad friend, the poster child for the worst kind of dev.

He has a history of lying, insulting and threatening people over his precious game. There is no reputation to be regained. Stole millions from people and behaves like a child. That mod of his is right with one thing: People really should just move on.
