Well my opinion on the story it's good.... for a porn game. You can even see that on his discord most people came for the porn but stayed cause the story was interesting. With focus only on the story I don't think it will hold up that much but maybe I am wrong.

I agree. It started out as "Lets fuck some cute nekomata and kitsune,yeah.."
Then.... "Shit, I'm in... it's getting interesting. More, more, more... and not just porn. I love you all."

MGI could probably work without porn,as a romance 3D VN with some light RPG elements. But .. porn is there as a good spice mix...it makes the whole thing taste better and for a while takes away the tension in the story.
Plus it's too late...change everything.

The confusing thing about that is when he was doing patreon there was a somewhat consistent feed of information about what he was devoting his development time to. This shows he at least has somewhat of an understanding of how to properly communicate about his work so there should have been updates beyond just text in a discord sever.

You're right. It was a very different Red at the time. A little childish and very enthusiastic. But maybe he didn't realize that once he got up to that pace, it would be hard to change or slow down.
It's always easy in the beginning, but then when the problems come... He doesn't keep a cool head.

He claims to be the Dev's 'friend' and can give real info on 'what might be coming' then only vaguely states platitudes which have no hard information AT ALL. The only evidence you have is that the Dev has posted NOTHING for ...how long? (look at TexRed's timeline) a year, two years? Nothing is Coming!! That and all the "infos" they have dropped have already been mentioned on here countless times. What they're saying is quite literally nothing new and has been regurgitated on here almost every weeks. Deccu claims a lot of things that have been said on here is completely false yet says what is real is what was actually said on here? Honestly to me, it just sounds like someone baiting for likes or some online notoriety. Actually they should come back with actual new infos or bring Red on here to answer some questions himself, because that's just not a good look for him or them overall if all we have is someone spewing pablum.

Yes, yes... my bad. I was rather thinking in a 3D. There's not so much choice there. Not much choice or am I missing something...something really playable.
Otherwise, of course, there are plenty of good MG games.

Still, Red has his own unique approach. Most games work on the simple principle "just porn scene" - Scene 1 - Doggy - Cum - End of scene.
Red has given it a new dimension.
A longer, more interesting, more creative and fun approach... Maybe the fact that he doesn't like porn makes him just the perfect candidate to make the best porn game.

Most people including me already gave up on the hope of having new content a long time ago. That ship has sailed a long time ago. It's just reaaaaally weird to me that you just came out here, say that people are plain wrong about most things and you just confirm what everybody was supposedly wrong about. "Done" in his dictionary apparently means cancelled/abandoned. He just can't say it in a normal and fair way.

Not sure if anyone can answer this, but on the off chance he does get done with the game. Will he release the assets (rigged models, maps, etc.). to his supporters (or anyone really)? I would imagine the community would want to make the scenes he wouldn't and it would be cool to see people make custom after-stories and side-quests.

Like how amnesia the dark decent had mods like the small horse and other community made maps but without modding being officially supported.
