"Remake" lmao dude you didn't even finish the original??? How do you remake a game you never finished making in the first place?

Hope? Only if you're delusional. The only hope is someone picks up the original in his stead, copyright be damned, and does something with it, but even that's very unlikely.
The "remake" doesn't surprise me at all. Abandoned-"remake"-Abandoned is standard practice these days, right?.
But "hire"..Where is the good old Redamz "no one will mess with my project, only I know how it works".

Now I found another way to use the freecam in the other game that didn't work (thanks to someone who explained to me how to make it work BepInEx. since this version of Unity is old)
To install it is easy, just download the file I leave below and just copy the files to the main game folder:
and that's it, here I leave several of my images so you can see that it works (it took me 10 minutes to find a way for the freecam to work, since I had to look for a unity explore that works since the new one is not compatible)

I tried this game - played a little, then deleted it from my computer.
What I liked and what I didn't like:
I didn't like
1) the game engine is Unity - a game on such an engine takes up too much space. It's inconvenient to play. I prefer Ren'Py.
2) the clicking sound when new words of the characters' conversation text appeared was constantly annoying.
I liked:
1) the miniature cat girl who hid behind the bed. She is a loli or just short - it doesn't matter. She is nice and interesting.
2) the humor was already good at the beginning of the game,
3) the story promises to be interesting.
Results and conclusions:
I don't think I will ever return to this game.
Overall, I'm glad it has been abandoned.

I don't think you can have the gameplay MGI has in Ren'Py. Ren'Py is for visual novels. If you prefer VNs, good for you, but if you're trying to say this game should have been made in Ren'Py while maintaining its gameplay, I think that's impossible.
Not to say that I enjoy the gameplay, it's basically a waste of time in between the actually interesting scenes, so maybe just having the whole thing be a VN with videos rendered in Unity might have been better, but I digress.
This really makes no sense. If you don't like it don't play it, but to say you're glad it got abandoned is just weird.
It's a real shame it got abandoned. It had potential. If only the dev didn't have a gatcha addiction and didn't think the lore and worldbuilding of his porn game is more important than the porn... we might have gotten something half-decent. As is, I just wish there was an easy to use scene viewer of the stuff that already exists.
