Look, it's pretty apparent to me, that DreamDemon has a tendency to focus on the negative rather than the positive.
I don't know if anyone here should be trying to give him advice, as he's not in the right frame of mind for it.
Nor judging him harshly for taking out his frustrations.
And Dream, I don't know about you being "robbed" but there are people like me who will support you when we can, but the cold reality is that I wouldn't even know about, nor ever contribute any money to your project without having been able to keep track of it through piracy.
Most of the people that pirate your project are those that if they can't pirate it, they still won't pay for it, whether that's because they don't have disposable funds, or are just selective with their spending.
Piracy is the main thing that has kept my interest in your works and put the idea in my mind
"When I have more financial stability, maybe I'll subscribe"

And well, lots of people are just assholes with nothing of any value to say.
It isn't reflective of how people feel about you and your efforts, overall.

its easy solution bro just do like chyos form a-struggle-with-sin release full version after 3 months of patrons level
look at chyos doing example free get the version and did not get ''pirated'' until new one comes cause the dev will release to everyone but after a delay of 3 months

Mistervd is right. Trolls..they will always be here .It will never be 100% perfect. You can ignore them, report them, start filling your ignore list.
Every dev takes a break, especially after Christmas. January is usually a "dead month", a lot of developers need some rest (also customers have empty pockets, LOL). No one expects you to work 24/7. You are not lazy.
Also take it as we are stupid little guys from the west and you have to explain everything to us patiently.

You might remember that Red had a similar experience. But eventually merged the separate day/test builds into one main game build and things became more unified - just two releases - new showcase build/then game update.

Seems this leaked build is just that and if dev wont keep it under lock forever and uses as proof of concept. I hope he gets same success as monster girl island, just you know not the second part of that story of gatcha addiction, laziness and outright lies.

Bro needs some confidence in himself and his product. If the Dev doesn't believe the project is worth playing/buying why would the random bozos who stumble upon it. The game has been in development a long ass time it seems and its still not dead, you're already beating like 90% of this whole damn website just by having "something" new every once in a while.

Negativity always exists, but the moment a project dies is the moment it stops being developed. Take your time, make good shit, and let the product speak for itself

Where he got complaints about the difference in versions available for Public and Patreon.
Some trolls decided to go with "Isn't worth the money, so better just share it openly." and goes around saying stuff.
Which lead to the whole piracy thing. And turns into DRM debates. Later, those.

Agreed. A quest log or something would be nice. Shadow Aya keeps "running away" after I've beaten her, but I've also cleansed the four shadow crystals or whatever I think? Also tough to tell where all of those are.

No, I leaked it for 3 reasons
1. On the paid discord if anyone leaked it he threatened drm
2. I really didn't like his attitude on here or discord
3. people have been begging for the nsfw version for months so I decided to put it out there. The game is worth the 20 dollars (if there's a minimap)
