You have a problem in which you cannot tell the difference between trolling and criticism, probably due to the fact that english probably isnt your first language. Bad Developers choose what to listen to, Decent Developers choose to listen to everybody, and Good developers know what exactly to ignore. You deal with trolls by trying to make them pity you but really you shouldn't be interacting with them at all or just call them retarded and block them.

We have indeed seen to many developers who ignore players, but some developers that ignore players have a concrete vision for their game that doesn't need anyone else. Check out ULTRAKILL for example, he straight up told his community "Thank god you guys aren't making the game or else it would be shit." If listening to other people is stressing you out, go to a developer community. You stated that you didn't even want the game to be posted on here, and you didn't like the type of people on here, so don't listen to anyone on here. Its really that easy. 70% of the people on this thread are bitter towards you for locking out the NSFW version for months.

Please search this thread by member 'dreamdemon' and keyword 'people'. You do not like the people in here, so really just don't listen to them.

And I don't know why you're blowing this out of epic porportions like everyone who will ever support you is going to come through f95zone and see the leaked build that I posted, not every person who plays porn games is on f95zone. Really this is a niche website and most will probably just buy the game from official sites.

The screenshots look promising, but the download section, both here and on the Patreon are confusing as all hell. It's never a good sign when there's a dozen download links.

Then I look in the thread and see the developer falling into the old fallacy that every pirated copy is a lost sale, except he seems to take it a step further and sees it as a personal attack on him. Really doesn't inspire confidence.

Funny enough, every single porn game I support on Patreon I discovered here. I don't support stuff without seeing it getting regular updates and I do support quite a few patreon projects. So contrary to the argument that a pirated game loses sales, for atleast 12 devs I support, is untrue.

Maybe get some thicker skin, this is the internet, of all places

Some advice.

Study the holy texts of Valve. As our lord and savior Gaben proclaimed,

"The easiest way to stop piracy is not by putting anti-piracy technology to work.​

It's by giving those people a service that's better than what they're receiving from the pirates."​

Revise your Patron access tiers. Give people more incentive to subscribe to higher tiers.
Add cheats, or waifu customization. Something easy to generate and isolate between different builds.
Make the lower tiers watered down, avoid pay-walling the fap content. That's what the goblins want most.

Adding DRM is far from bulletproof, it will be cracked by the goblins if they get horny enough.
(Great example of horny crack goblin here.)
