Do you mean all of this? Because the guide at Monstergirlquest Fandom mentioned only 2 bitbucket links.

Also, how do I know if any translation progress has been made, if any?
Ask author of that article why, i did not write it. 3 translations are mention in the .xlsx progress table in ArzorX downloads on bitbucket (on both bitbuckets). Or ask ArzorX himself on Discord, he should know better than some random guy on wiki.
Check bitbucket from time to time?

A few pages ago, someone posted a how-to-patch video from Azorth. It only used the first two links. I followed it and had no problem playing the game.

Like ccccccccccc said, the video on how to patch the game doesn't mention 3 files. The text files "How to manually patch the game" do not mention 3 files.
The game has been playable for me so far. But I noticed some spelling errors, Japanese battle text and was wondering if I made a mistake. This especially happens the more I progressed in the story.

i looked at both , translation server file is a bit older but both files in total sheet on top left mention 3 files, dont know where you are looking at.. (progress_1.7.2019.slsx total sheet, top left, from dokudoku which you say it does not)
Dont know which post you read that from or how old that message was but right now i can see ArzorX on discord, if you want ask him about it and tell the tale.

I believe there will be Japanese text regardless. The translation is still incomplete, but it shouldn't interfere with gameplay. I beat the game with the video's patchJenkins: Thanks for all the help bytheway.

Sorry, I meant it the other way around. The progress file 16.6.2019 from translation server doesn't mention 3 files.
Also, you are right about Arxzor and discord. He said that he didn't post anything on a certain bitbucket because of user complaints. My mistake.
Doesn't matter now. There's a lot of information all over the place.
I'll go to that discord now and see what's up. Thanks again all.
EDIT: Use Dargoth's patch. Then use patch from DokuDoku OR Translation Server. The last two are the same. No need to use all 3.

If you take a look, the commits differ on both bitbuckets, so no it is not "the same", and if you download both repositories and do crc check, there is over 400 files that differ (i did that just now). But whatever i guess
Arxzor said they are the same, and other people mentioned you only need 2 files, not 3. But whatever i guess.

Need some help if someone is willing? I think I installed the translation files like I was supposed to and the scenes with the girls wont play like....at all. It acts like it will load the scene right, fades to black like it should, and then instantly goes back to the screen before that as if I never talked to them. I played this when it had the last patch on the first chapter so I know on that one the scenes were translated. If thats the problem and on this version the scenes arent translated someone please tell me so I can stop thinking about it. I have fucking ADHD and being unable to stop thinking about this is driving me crazy....well more crazy.

So finally got around moving on to part 2 and just finished the first run through so I am going around doing everything that is left(Colosseum, fucking Manta Girl never appears so I can't recruit her and such) before new game+ for other routes/choices.
I stumbled on a list of achievements on the wiki so I did those I could in this run(except LoC) and ignored the impossible/inactive ones. Yet I eventually hit "Whoa! This is! - Read a naughty book. (Pervert.)" which I have no idea where to begin or if it is active at all, anyone knows anything?

I believe that's a Labyrinth of Chaos-exclusive achievement. You need to go into the Trials of Chaos and one of the random events you can get is a dragon who'll grant you a wish (obviously based on Shenron from DBZ). One of the wishes is for a porno book, which grants the achievement.
