While that may be true for some, in my opinion it might not be worth the price. Especially coming from the itch version which has been out for a while. There isn't that much more exciting new things which have been implemented from what was in the demo. To me it needed more time, some stuff feel incomplete(the slut bar still does nothing and a lot of the scenes with monsters, especially the boss game overs feel I guess like there should be more). I'm not very good with explaining so hope this makes at least some sense
I
believe he wanted to take more time for development... there were many things he intended to implement for the V1.0 that never came to fruition... but with the "political climate" going on, with the Visa/MC shenanigans.. he was definitely stuck between a rock and hard place.. having to gamble whether or not to release what he had, and try to recoup *
some* income for the project that he has been plugging away at
FOR YEARS, as a single person developing the game, OR keep working away and having the game never get released, never get *any* returns on the work put into it.. wasted time, effort -and- money...
As I said, there are far too many people here who don't realize, or choose to ignore, the amount of work it takes to create a game that is appealing, works well, and is engaging.. (not too hard, not too simple, etc..), doing it all on your own.. and then as the game is nearing completion, "society" takes a hit, and it looks like the *years* you've invested in this creation will not pan out
financially. Hence my comment about those who are so used to just getting the games they like without having to pay anything for them.
If it's *not* worth the price.. to you.. then don't pay for it. We are, after all, on a game piracy site... lol It's just my view that if you enjoy the look, playstyle, "entertainment" you received... try to compensate the creator.. so they'll continue making the games you enjoy. *Especially* single-person, small-numbered people creations... I read a comment where someone compared the costs of
Larian Studios BG3, to this game... when you compare a full studio team's creation.. of a *franchise* with multiple decades of fan support, to a single guy making a small porn game... You're "
perceptions" *
might* just be a
tad off... LOL
