Hm... I downloaded the full version, but it ends after chapter 11. Could that be a problem with an old save? Do I have to start a completely new game? Last version I had played had been months ago.

I love harem game's, but the lesbian/bi li is really getting overused, what i would give for a game without any of it.(just my thoughts, other's might disagree)

I'll put 2 and 2 together for you. Your Malwarebytes internet browser plugin is warning you about the site, not the content of download.
