There a few small differences between the main game and part 1 (when riding in the truck along with when the photo of them in the bed happens) but the real differences comes in part 2.

Well in part 2 I guess it could be or not be call insect since Anamarija(Natassja MC's birth mother) and MC have sex but this is at the point before they know they are mother and son.
