You used Q to activate the cutting?
At least it worked in the original version (already done playing it without any knowlwgde of japanese ^^)

okay well the fix is here and it works! all you have to do is replace the www folder from the game folder with the www folder from the fix. restart the game, and it works

copy the map 78 to the data folder of your game. it works on my end. Maybe you are not copying it properly

not sure if its because i need to start the game over, but ive installed the fix and replaced the files but i still cant cut any of the cactus, (made it past the first set of cactus thanks to someone elses save)

what you can do is copy the save to the jpn verion cut the cactuses, save and move it to the translated version for now.

This worked for me
1.Download the lastest game
2.download the fix
3.Copy and paste the www folder and overwrite
4.download the locale emulator right click on the game icon and run as japanese (admin)
5.i was able to cut the grass

Start a new game because are using a save file with the wrong game scripts

Also,be sure to copy the contents of my fix to the data folder
