There in an entire website with myriads of mugen characters, thats sorta the point of mugen, to customise a fightinggame.
There used to be way more lewd characters hosted there but they nuked it for whatever reason. So now theres a few torrents and shit floating around, and a new much more barren website with lewd mugens.
But the majority of it is definitely straight lewd characters.
The premade mugens as in the case of this one exists because it fills a niche. No one would give a crap if you premade mugen with straight characters because you can just download kuromaru and a million fuckable female characters.

There have been NSFW repacks of MUGEN since long before Patreon. The obscene part is that you're now monetizing product you don't have the IP rights to. That also isn't new, the difference is that earlier attempts to make a buck were smacked down hard by the mod and fan communities. Fan works get the fair use defense, this doesn't.

So, basically what I'm seeing is that someone made a lewd MUGEN fighting game, decided to simply name it after the engine, and is now taking credit for all this work done by other people to make money? Well, hope nobody feels any guilt for taking this for free. Especially considering that MUGEN is free in the first place...
No he didn't. Redflash doesn't advertise his work outside of twitter and always links back to his blog where he has multiple disclaimers and guides to what exactly MUGEN is, how it works and links to other MUGEN repositories. As such he never saw fit to name his collection of contributions, because it wasn't suppose to exist outside his blog and patreon where everyone knows he didn't create the engine. You wish to blame someone, blame this site for their titling conventions and not thinking of a way to pass this information along.
You would've known this if you read the thread because this is the 3rd time I've had to explain this, but no, you just had to jump right to the end and start firing accusations without any of the context.
