I do, but I don't feel like I am keeping up with my promises these days. So I'll just have to think about it when I'm done with my current project.

and can u tell me how do u translate these VNs , i know about the textractor and agent type tools but is there any tools that u use thats more fast and efficient ?

For those seeing a debugger issue, make sure to add the folder or the .exe file to be an exception depending on what antivirus you have.
Has anyone with the dll issue ever found a solution? It happens with all of this dev's games that I've tried. I assure you I have DirectX installed.
Edit: Finally got it after posting this. Downloaded and installed directx_Jun2010_redist.exe from windows, then copied the D3DX9_42.dll file from system32 and pasted it in the game's main folder. Don't know why this worked, don't care. Hope this helps someone.

Is it DirectX Audio stopping the game from opening? It means you need audio turned on, even if muted. I can't remember if I tried this game yet.
