„Ich verstehe nicht, warum dieses Spiel so viele Fehler hat. Bisher waren die Spiele doch gut, es gab zwar Fehler, aber nicht so viele. Ich habe sie sogar gekauft, also war ich bereit, dafür zu zahlen. Wäre ich auch bereit, jetzt dafür zu zahlen, wenn das Spiel ordnungsgemäß funktionieren würde? Gibt es überhaupt eine Möglichkeit, das Spiel einmalig zu bezahlen, damit man nicht wieder monatlich davon abhängig wird?“
