Actually you can beat Dick by cheating but since the fight unlocks the gym there is no point in winning as you unlock nothing if you do.
Newest update basically made all old saves worthless I so wish DEV's would learn how to update their games without breaking the saves all of the time.
Newest update also seems buggier then hell even with a new game it's throwing up a lot of exception errors. One exception error right when you first start talking to the dean but can get paste it. Can't fly fucking drone it throws up a exception error and all you can do is hit rollback. Can't give cousin 2nd book without hitting yet another fricken exception error that pretty much prevents her events from moving forward.
