No problem Now the tiredness is VERY important. Don't try to work, train, learn when tired! And if you wanna interact with the cousin, bath. You can do whatever else when smelly, but wash before talking to cousin.

You can click where you want, it doesn't matter.
The only relevant click is when you do the first cousin's photoshoot. Before fixing her hair, click on the lingerie knot.
But it has nothing to do with the camera.

Give the trainer a normal massage after the first fight training.

You have to progress and unlock your cousin's office. Here you meet Barbara mother. After taking her picture, go to Barbara and speak to her again.

As for Anna , if she didn't request you to find the book , then it sounds like you chose wrong convesation and already failed her questline. Some characters have such critical event which can't be recovered (unless you restart the game).
