And the dick and your cousins boss storyline hasn't been updated yet. I just wonder when or if that storyline gets completed will dick and the boss get fired and your cousin will get a promotion?

Only the dev could tell you that but he won't since that would uncover the plot. Anyway, as you can probably tell yourself too, Dick can't come out of this on the winning side
He is an antagonist here and we aren't playing for Dick's victory. He is already set up as a repulsive fellow and that spells impending doom. For me, a dinner between Dick&Cousin is already rather frustrating to be honest. But hey, we had to do all the fightertraining jazz for a reason i'd say

A new update should be released in the next days.
Like for all the previous updates, a "new game" is strongly reccomended to avoid any potential bug.
Add NTR to the game.... gives much needed freedom to bring something new in the story.
