Considering their background this seems normal. What you describe is normal beween siblings really IF they are close. In this one the mc and his cousin haven't seen eachother for several years. Basically two strangers. The mere fact that she is cheerful around the mc and trust him so much that allows him to live with her is already more than i'd expect. Some are close to their cousins but for example me, i do have a few, i know nothing about them. At all. Total strangers. So this is normal actually. In these games cousins are waay closer to eachother than what i'm used to.

Oh it does. He just took the example a bit further which was indeed aside from the point of what you were making. I think he simply stick with the part that Patreon obviously have the right to regulate what kind of content it is willing to host. Wasn't arguing your main point though.

Consider it like a dresscode. Its not illegal to wear miniskirt, but a company can ban it for its employees. Is it dumb? Yes. Pretty much. I'd say its less understandable in case of Patreon than in case of a dresscode.

But what people don't seem to realize that Patreon is held by its balls, so to speak. I'm 99% certain that PayPal is forcing Patreon to do their biding. Because if you know PayPal you know that it hates anything that is connected with sex. Patreon is 100% dependant on PayPal. The latter abuses this dependency. Patreon is probably contract bound so he has to comply as there is no reliable alternative right now. Pretty much the same way as Devs who are forced to change their content or leave. No real alternative right now to Patreon so its either submit or die, if i wanna exaggerate. Devs submit to Patreon, Patreon submit to PayPal, or they will be out of business.

I do admit, i never was in such debate club where this was the way of "reasonable argument in a respectful manner". On the other hand, i've seen this a vast amount of times over the internet from people with anger management issues, unstable personality, insecurity, etc. who considered every discussion a war that they absolutely had to win.. which is the opposite of debating actually. But once again, i'm on the level of a 4 years old of a child.. what can i know about things and stuff.

Your argument doesn't add up, I'm not comparing HBO to Disney, I'm comparing Adult porn gaming sites crazy self regulations to current laws and what is shown on cable television in general. You seemed to have missed the point that I and kiteares was making. And I never said they didn't have the right to self regulate the content on their site, I just think it's dumb and I won't be a part of it.
