You don't need to cheat, just collect the stats and money. Other than that just don't be a jerk, like who the hell say that "wanna fuck you" on the first meet? Clean after yourself if you do stuff in the bathroom and don't try anything cheesy until you have at least 2 hearts with roommate (yeah you won't have more than 2 heart every, as it's limited to 2, but whatever).

There is no premium TV, there are DVDs, and roommate will see one of those with you.
And you need higher relationship with roommate for both activity. If you have console enabled you can check it by write cousin.heart
If that cmmand give you 0 or someting similar you have way too low relationship. 10 or higher is much better.
There are more image/anim for roommate shower, roommate massage, nurse, dream, drone stuff, also Emily has more image/anim, Anna has more this type of content, store and tv too
Go and learn to fight. Trainer will tell you that her back is hurt, need massage, but you don't know how to do massage, and that's when the book will appear in the store.
The save file you provided doesn't work, even after I deleted every save file from the backup folder and from the save folder. When you load the game up it doesn't show up.There is a way, but you probably won't like it. The way is: pledge on patreon to get the extra version.

No cheat code, cheat menu. Only the cheat menu isn't there in normal version, just if the extras are activated I think.
