Untill you don't have solid evidence on your hand you have no reason to knock on their door -> they have no reason to answer. You gotta get that vid of Dick&Director. BEFORE handing it over the director herself because she will make you delete it. So play smart.

Start red folder quest, search Dick's laptop and it will unlock Director's Bedroom. Send drone at night, every hour until scene triggers.

Just do the quest, it will guide you through.. mostly. Just read what the game has to tell you. Are you done watching the embarrassing scene between roomie and Dick?
