Yo i really need help, what do i do to trigger the library scene with barbara? I already blackmail dereck and then i sent barbara to library and then what? Do i need to do somethin before that or what?

here :

When you talk with her about her mother, she will ask you to send Barbara to the library.
• Ask her to see your dick again, then ask about having sex.
• Get the book from the secretary (see Secretary part), and give it to Anna.

how to have the book?

• Go back to the director, and talk with her about the photos. Try to avoid the police. => It's OK

there is nothing in the library

just the option with Anna :
