The game crash when i fight Frank at Emily Home for the first time (i should lose to him) but when i pass the error's message Frank is on the floor, so i can't go to gym to training fight.

You need to have done the photoshoot with the secretary with the Rat and looked at Dick's laptop. The location may not open just yet, you may need to do something else (I don't remember what) and then redo the rat thing.
