I used cheat have 20 intell but quest for 20 intell is stil not completed ??

the Water-Drop Symbol only shows up once at the beginning of the game

I did it like the Walkthrough video on YT and in severeal Versions (1.1 - 1.6 - 1.6.01).
So sad :'(
I could upload my savegame just before giving the dress...
--> I did and it is from the latest version

I give her the Satin Dress and dont get the Water-Drop Symbol when im peeping at night, for the sleeping Pill Quest... so annoying :'(

You mean the first time you meet the nurse, the character has to take medicine to open the relationship, right?

there are two sex scenes with the nurse try taking the pills when she has her back to you if it's not working just before going into the doctor office or keep on asking her to help you keep on trying

as I stated before share your save it makes it easier to help

when there are three fights he gets into

1 first one with dick at you cousin house <you have to fail
2 when you try to help jamel <you have to fail
3 when you try to help emily <you have to fail then get trained by the trainer at the gym by asking her
