Depends on where you are in the game.
There's two chances with all girls up to a certain point in the game, after that no manual chances.
But after a beach date with Erika I think it is, and talking about wanting children or not, you can chose whether you're going to have all girls pregnant by the end game or not. If you chose one of the options, all girls will be pregnant by the end game regardless of if you'd previously chosen to make them pregnant. The other option only keeps the girls pregnant who you specifically chose to get pregnant.

I send him the bugs you found (the save page number) and the new characteristics I want (the gallery). He does it in his free time, so I can't (nor want to) pressure him. The good news is I got the code for both the gallery and the save page issue on Friday. v.0.20 will have both. The gallery won't be exactly like in other games, but it's exactly what I wanted since I started doing the game. Some players will hate it and some will love it.
