I just tried that. When "Lillian" catches me and I choose to stop I only get a scene where they´re talking. Then I´m told i reached the "bachelor ending" again.
For the game so far always cum inside and check out each time. Old man option has nothing to do with the game progress. When Lillian catches you having sex. Don't stop. When Laura catches you having sex. Stop.

As far as I know I always came inside and checked out. Strange... Maybe I´ll start a new game to try again haha
I just read your previous comment again. And saw that you said you stop When "Lillian" catches. Don't stop at that point. read my previous comment again.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that you might have missed a point in the previous part of the game.

Might be the reason. Do you have a save file when Lillian catches you, perhaps? I don´t really wanna start all over again haha
It will be released in the last week of this month (June 2020).
I have exactly the same problem. When "Lillian" catches me, i can choose to stop or not. But no matter what I do, there is no further question, it only comes the "bachelor ending".

There must be a point where you blackout, which means you might have missed some score. And when you get caught if your score is higher only than you can progress otherwise you get the ending.
