If they played it on 2020-01-13 how can people still reply on 2020-01-17, oh and forgot about the line, will do that in episode 3.

The day you play a game and/or you post a comment about it, isn't always the same with the day you downloaded it. I have some games in my hardrive from 2019 and still didn't have the time to check them out. As for the criticism, it's nothing personal, it's just really annoying when the overview says one thing and then you get something completely different. Personally I don't like ntr and I don't really care about netori, but I played the game because the overview said that you can share the girls or keep them for yourself, and although the MC comes of as an asshole, I found it interesting that for once he might steal someone else's wife, especially since her husband is a way bigger asshole than him, but the landlord scene was like a kick in the nuts. It's very easy for the player to lose interest in a game and for the dev to lose potential supporters, when something like that happens. Anyway, you don't have to change your game or make multiple paths to please everyone (that will never happen), just keep the overview consistent with the content to avoid the "drama".

Already confirmed that if ntr will be a usual occurrence in the game there will be two separate paths

Kill, that's the mercy option,they are quite some others, mental setting, health care etc, they are options as to get ride of worry. Of course each as requirements.
