Well, you can wait... Since it's been available for nearly a month on SS and so many were unaware (because they didn't bother reading the thread in the last six months), it'll probably be quite some time.
You could make a request and hope it gets fulfilled by someone generous enough to use their own money instead of you or someone else in the thread.
You could pay $10 yourself.
You could just play Oppression instead.
So, waiting is only one option open to you out of four, and all are perfectly valid.

Nice to see the Game is alive, thought it was abandoned, but I´ll wait for the none castrated version.
And I don`t know about his pricing, but waiting a whole month for a 10$ tier to receive the Game..no thank you.
Just like Slowburn, who gives out new version for 10$ and a week later the 5$ tiers get the version, that's the folks I support.

So... I noticed that because of the way the dev corrected for the taboo's of the story it might be easy to fix. I started from the beginning and I am working on a patch that just changes a couple of strings so far. I haven't gotten to the end of the new update yet but I will make additions to the file as I go if needed. I'm attaching the file to this post and I will update it as I go.
Edit: This turned into a bit more work than I thought it might be but I wlll stay with it until I've caught up to the current update. The first half dozen or so downloads were not very complete. Just keep checking back. If the file size is larger than the one you have that means it's more recent and has more changes. I'll continue to update it as I go and will add a link to a new post when it's all done.
Edit II: This patch works as well as I can make it work. The text is still a little rough in places because it was rough to start with and the Patreon version was "de-tabooed" in a haphazard way. Now, whity112 has posted the subscribe star patch which appears to be both a taboo patch and also contains content that is not in the Patreon version. Therefore, I am recommending you download and use that patch instead of this one.

It means the genius that leaked it leaked the censored Patreon version.
Dunno why the dev felt the need to change anything in the first place. Seems there's no Patreon to bend a knee to anymore anyway.

To be honest, anyone has played this game and has half a brain cell it’s pretty obvious there is Incest everywhere. It’s heavily implied that MC was the old boyfriend of the mom and her sister. And his kids are likely the daughter, and sisters daughter. I forget the names.
How they forgot about each other I’m not sure, but yeah, it seems MC dated the aunt and her sister stole MC from her. Or vice versa, I forget. So it also basically means that MC got to BOTH of them before their respective husbands (though I don’t know if the sister had one).
