Some of this could happen, but most of it, in both 1 and 2 is just unrealistic. I'm not sure how Hutch would oust Christian and take over at work, since the company is Christian's, and apart from Addison, it doesn't appear like Hutch has anyone there who might be loyal to him.
I really can't see it, for a number of reasons. I don't think Maxwell would be involved as it doesn't sound like he's that great, so I can't see him being rewarded in such a way by Christian. The only reason otherwise then would be to humiliate Hutch, which Vivian has already warned Christian against.
I can't remember the location, I thought it was in conversation with Sunshine, but Vivian was a good wife and mother. She confirms a couple of times that she had never done anything while being with Hutch, until Christian.
She had never even thought twice about other men, she only had eyes for Hutch, etc. Even when she goes out to try something, she has no experience in doing so and ends up saying she "can't even cheat properly." What are we still believing tells us that Vivian was not a good wife and mother? Surely not hinging it on her hiding her past from her husband, and becoming "a lady" even if she wouldn't have classed herself as one before marriage?
