I can't remember the location, I thought it was in conversation with Sunshine, but Vivian was a good wife and mother. She confirms a couple of times that she had never done anything while being with Hutch, until Christian.

She had never even thought twice about other men, she only had eyes for Hutch, etc. Even when she goes out to try something, she has no experience in doing so and ends up saying she "can't even cheat properly." What are we still believing tells us that Vivian was not a good wife and mother? Surely not hinging it on her hiding her past from her husband, and becoming "a lady" even if she wouldn't have classed herself as one before marriage?
Thanks, Tony. You're my alpha-tier participant.;) Apparently, most people can't read the VN or need glasses.:geek:

This wouldn't be cynicism, so...
Also of course you could read it as the price she pays for Christian's love she hopes to gain.
Is the dev still even using those titles? I think there were only four of them, despite having five planned chapters from the start, and of course they have only ever been visible to someone digging in the files for them, so they may not be current chapter titles and may never have been official ones.

I swear I saw a line earlier (when looking for something else) where she confirmed more clearly that she had never done anything extra-marital, but as is often the case, I couldn't find it when I wanted to!

Edit: And randomly, "Toni" is the name I sometimes use when I play an FMC game. Usually I leave it as the default name as it's integral to the game (like it's part of the game title or something), but occasionally you get a game where the name doesn't matter, so I use the feminine variant of my name :ROFLMAO:

#A Man Sacrifices His Happiness For His Family. A Woman Sacrifices Her Family For Her Happiness, is new in ep2, that means we now officially have 5.

Aha, I hadn't seen that. I didn't realise it was something from the files when it was mentioned a few posts ago.

I think somewhere they had Vivian at 45 years and Christian at 38. If she is married to Hutch for 22 years she was 23 when married. If by chance she knew Christian he would have bee 15 at best. But he knew what wine she liked ? Not sure how... Maybe it will be reviled.

Wonder what the odds are that the french man is a client of Christians/ makes a reappearance and that's how he knows about wine , maybe showed him a picture or something

Correct on both current ages. Christian presumably knows the wine from Hutch (IIRC he knows it's her favourite, but not the reason why). Alternatively, he's managed to track the info down through some stalkerish means, like he apparently got hold of her measurements to buy her two dresses so far that seem to fit perfectly. Although the restaurant dinner suggests he wouldn't have been able to do that on his own!

I tried to hint at this earlier, but I don't think getting defensive about Vivian and making her the Holy Mary or a Lioness is working against the faction "She's a whore and we are disappointed". Personally I think it's equally tribal.

Well, she's neither, but that doesn't seem to be one of the options.

I think men like him that prey on weak minded women have a gift in theat. He could look at her and be spot on . She is not his first rodeo. The wine I said before ... probably from Hutch... But we do not have a fact on that.

Some of this could happen, but most of it, in both 1 and 2 is just unrealistic. I'm not sure how Hutch would oust Christian and take over at work, since the company is Christian's, and apart from Addison, it doesn't appear like Hutch has anyone there who might be loyal to him.

I really can't see it, for a number of reasons. I don't think Maxwell would be involved as it doesn't sound like he's that great, so I can't see him being rewarded in such a way by Christian. The only reason otherwise then would be to humiliate Hutch, which Vivian has already warned Christian against.

She might not want to humiliate hutchy but that’s exactly what Christian wants to do.
Don’t you remember her giving Christian a hummer in her driveway then having sex in the front seat and in the driveway with the car door open leaving the light on for all the neighbors to see, even in the trunk of the hatch be banged her. This was all done to humiliate Vivian and hutchy to show her that Christian owns her, and he’s the master and she’s just his sex slave.
There was also some text he said to her on his backyard deck about you’ll do anything the client wants from spitting on you and beating you cause I said they could do it.
You might have to go back and reread that again if you don’t think Christian is trying to humiliate both of them

Genuine question here, as you seem to be a, IDK how to put it...Vivian Stan?? or maybe that sounds bad. :ROFLMAO: (if so mb, not trying to be rude or offend :):)) I just genuinely wanna see your POV of the limits of Vivian, as you seem to think...she's not acting like a whore? or idk...

But do you actually think that would ever stop Christian? Like, that Vivian would ever be able to say NO to him, if he wanted/demanded any sexual favour from her??

Because IMO, as of that CH2 ending. She will do anything sexually he tells her to do. She might complain and kick up a fuss, like she usually does...But the end result will always be the same I think. She will fold to him, like a lawn chair.

You don't have to look upwhat the developer says to see that Vivian is not stupid at all....
the dev also wrote this in the post you quoted

This means that there will be surprises for everyone!
-----
To me seems that Vivian voluntarily engages in rough sex because that is what she wants!
That does not make her a stupid woman!

I believe as I have already said that there will be many surprises for those who are convinced that a woman who engages in extreme sex is dumb

it is true that Chris is the one who awakened the lioness that were sleeping inside her, but Vivian is better understanding every day how to respond to her boss and she is starting to pretend to submit to him because it suits her at this stage and Christian is not sure to have the complete control over her...
and in fact Vivian makes it clear here
This is an important point. She is learning to tell him what he wants to hear. Like "who owns you?" My feeling about the look on her face is that she is entirely disingenuous when she tells him he owns her. And that ties into my other 4 points about this last scene.

Besides which, it is not fair play to ask a question like that when your partner is about to climax. The answer you can believe is the one you get the next day when no sex is in sight. Also, "do you love me?" Not during sex, friends, no fair. I'm sure she understands that.

This woman is not the slut/bimbo she has been portrayed so far to be. We have not yet had a clear sight of the depth of her.
She cannot be more clear than the multiple times she calls him an asshole. That is what she really thinks of him. One lesson she might have needed to learn is that it is not necessary to go to an asshole to have good sex.
