I like some ntr VNs or games and whatever, what gets aggravated is when they make to husband/MMC to weak. It's like once you go down that road you can't say anything to stop or slow down anything. That's what I don't like it's like when the things you don't want to happen you have to go with it. Like in this KN, seeing the boss banging her in backyard is one thing but then telling him he had to stay the nite and his wife had to sleep with him, and not being able to say anything. I know they're no choices in this KN I'm just saying if there were choices they would be a choice about the backyard and if you went along with that well then you got no say about were the wife would sleep. Basically they take away the choice to stop or say anything when it goes off the rails.

For future reference, if you see "kinetic novel" tag in a game. you can't interact, or at least your interaction does not change the story. As this game has the tag too, you can't change the course of the story.

I agree that option would be good, at least to give us a better ending as I dont see it coming any other way. The only option for it would be before she gives in to him in the back yard, as any other ending after that should still end in divorce.

I hope this game has a tragic ending or an unannounced walk away ending for Hutch. For some odd reason I like Hutch I don't want to see him broken like most husbands in this type of AVN. Don't get me wrong it is just as much his fault as hers with what's happening. He allowed his wife to lead the marriage for 22yrs as he said Let him be the man for once. If he led the marriage his wife would have never gone to the office. She went there with the same demeanor that she has in her marriage and believed it was going to be the same. I think the story will end differently than most people think. The dev has a clever and good arc so far.
I now suspect that Christian already knew Vivian. He was just acting in the first office scene. So he knew who she was.
He also knew from the beginning what buttons to push with Vivian, so she went straight for it. Very unusual for an “alpha” woman with her past in my eyes.

You bring up an interesting point. Christian is a known womanizer. The guys in the office have that impression of him, and we've even seen another girl (Addison, I guess?) in is bed.

But, the reason I bring this up, is maybe that's why the husband is so upset that his wife /falls for the guy/. Like, maybe he's pissed that she can't just see that Christian is no good. Not good in any way, other than being rich, having a handsome look and a good dick. But, other than that, he's no good.

Oh she knows exactly what kind of man Christian is, she was warned if I remember correctly that he was a womanizer. I'm sure with her dealing with him so far she has no doubt. The thing is, she is falling so far into the rabbit hole, that I dont think she cares.

Such woman needs a very strong wake up call to make her realize that even if she likes the sex christian is very toxical for her life. Then after sex is being done for a while she will miss love again and Christians dick is not going to cover that need. I have experience myself that bevor with a friend of mine whgo was divorced then his wife cheated on him. And she came back after 2 years saying that she feels empty.

This is it, in a nutshell.

i don't think so. that would be too typical a narrative and only mediocre. As we realize after 80 pages, Dev is not a mediocre craver.

Haha, the people at work... Later in the story, "Ms. Dubois" has been going in Christian's office over and over, and they all knoww she's there to fuck. And, then the big suprise comes: that's actually Hutch's wife all along...

I do not believe that Hutch told Vivian he has nothing to offer her. If he truly believed that, I think he would give up on their marriage. Also, "the better man" in what way? Christian is a scheming and manipulative POS. If all women did is desire men who can give them the most sexual satisfaction at any one moment, then what a world it would be. So Christian may be "what she wants" in a sense (for now), but is that the man she really wants altogether? I suppose the continuation of the story will answer more of this question regardless of any discussion here; however, I have a hard time believing that Vivian would think Christian is what she altogether wants in a man if she comes to her senses.

Speaking of which, one potential (albeit unlikely) path that would interest me is if somehow along the way Vivian and Hutch would become better partners for each other by both changing in a positive direction, despite (or ironically in part) because of the inner turmoil they experience for having allowed this to happen.
