Well i found the error and fixed it. The dev failed to put the button picture anna_sarah_jennifer_%s.png . Just get 2 pictures from the game/gui/button folder and rename them to anna_sarah_jennifer_hover.png and anna_sarah_jennifer_idle.png! Don't erase or substitute any pictures there. You can for example take anna_sarah3_hover.png and anna_sarah3_idle.png and rename them like above and put these 2 new pictures again into /game/gui/button . Then you won't get the error of Raizen84 and a choice for "anna and sarah" again appears, but this time it's the foursome!
I attached the pictures i have renamed to get the foursome working!
Just put them into /game/gui/button .

As soon as i get the Cross Section scene i get thrown to the title menu for some reason.
Already putted the pictures in /game/gui/button also have the PepeLePew version T_T what do i do wrong?
Of course! Only saying that i used your version. Thx btw! I did not test the original not compressed one! But it should work as well if the format is still .png. If it is not .png just rename like above with the original extension.would like to point out that it has nothing with my version to do... It's the dev that fucked up...
The game has still some dead ends. For example you should not go for any last sex scenes of the girls or the 4some won't trigger. You might want to test it without the button pictures and try to run into the error of Raizen84. The walkthrought is really fucked up at the moment.

Is this possible in a single playthrough ?!... to me it seems you need different stats on characters, either on the "+" side or the "-" for group scenes to happen. Do I need to play multiple times to get all the group scenes ?!... if so, then this game is a really hot mess if you cannot get the group scenes in one playthrough... means the dev/s just wasted some work/content that you won't get to see if you play the game only once. I just found out about these group scenes now... in my playthrough from the last version I didn't get any group scene and neither in this version.
The only thing that could make sense to me is if the scenes become more hinted/obvious in future versions because now they're hidden like hell... not even one hint comment from either Mr. D or Brain.
Most visual novels have multiple routes and are meant to be played through multiple times in order to see everything in the game. In some cases you can use saves at certain points in a game to reduce the amount of time you have to spend replaying the game. Some games have walkthroughs that point out when to save in order to see different variations of scenes or when you are at a major decision that will effect the route you are on.
They wasted no time, the idea of any program game, porn or not, is to get you to play the game more than once. Yes you must get different stats for different scenes. So with out using console/cheat codes you get what you did with each character. Another thing is you have a specific time limit for each extra scene too if you go past a certain point you won't get the scene and it isn't told to you.
Oh and to address not getting the scenes at all, it's because you took options that took point away from the path for one or more of the girls. For instance you must have low corruption on Anna and high esteem on Sarah for one fross. There is a walk through that tells you what options are which. Don't forget the heart at the top right let's you access their meters to see how you are doing.
