i don't know how to decompress the rar file on Android , i used the Unrar software but it not show the icon of the game on the screen ,help me

There is no android version of this game. In the .rar file are only uncompiled files not ready to use on android.

Wow, this game sure ain't moving very fast, last update was at end of April, I wonder if he's even working on it still.
It started off pretty good, then he changed the name of it because it was categorised as incest from our dear friends Patreon, so one update there on end of April like I said, and that's it. I'll wait, it's not like I've got a choice here lol...
