In the end it is just preferences, really. I really don't like some certain fetishes most people have (like your scenario 1 with threesome/old man, or scenario 3 with incest). It's just rare to have a game that focus on solely one thing (young dude seducing someone) so I was super glad the dev didn't add anything else in the game. If they did, I would've enjoy this game much less.
NTRMAN is a representation of most western devs imo. He is hella good at making games, but his content and targetted audience doesn't hit me at all. Which is why I lean toward JP games and visual novels. Western devs does NTR and corruption differently, which is why I'm surprised this game broke my expectations.

The 3 scenarios are from Edrick23
The VN has 3 different endings. With Edrick23's ideas we would have 6 different endings.
A clear improvement.
