I find the simple fact that the NTR is not avoidable kind of defeats the excitement.
Lets look at some good NTR games: President Yukino, Adelaide Inn, Mother's Lesson, Anna's Exciting Affection, Wife Trainer Files, Lily of the Valley, and Manila Shaw. Great games. They all have choice. Avoid this route, go that route, sleep with that person, don't sleep with this one, etc. There's even the choice to not get into any NTR and go completely loyal.
It's the choice, the feeling of "will they, won't they" that gets the fires a stoking.
Unavoidable, kind of just throws water on the smoldering coals. A bit of steam, but nothing really exciting.
(all IMO of course, nothing factual)
I do want to check it out though to see just how unavoidable the NTR is, espically given this is completed and by an English developer, buuuut *reading the comments* kind of got the idea already.

I'm not a fan of netorare due to the high amount of those games that contain creepy thugs and ugly bastards getting the girl using underhanded tricks...but i like cheating women...which could be found in most netorare. Thats why i check every game with ntr tag, hoping the netorare won't involve some underhanded shits such as blackmail,drug...or disgusting creep and thug as the stealers. I know i should be playing netori games instead but there's no separate tag for that, not to mention netori games are really rare compared to netorare...2d netori is even rarer.
It's actually a pretty good short novel. I like it! But I actually would like to see more differences to the girl when she improves through stages. Maybe some makeup, earrings, change of work and so on.

I played the game is neither good nor bad, just your average NTR game. I mean, even non-NTR fans can play this. Just skip the reading and is all the same. After all, there is zero storytelling.

Yeah i don't get it myself on this type of Japanese NTR, it's not realistic. The part where the Mom/Dad abandon their child to play around is logical, their relationship turn sour... but usually the child will hate their parents not aroused like a beta cuck
But I guess that's why it's called (often exagerrated) porn/fantasy, still though a bad and weird one in my book.
