Iirc that's one line spoken by the MC, saying "I still don't know whether I should have made you my pet" to Tanja, which is more the MC commenting on which route he took rather than referencing what he has done.The only odd thing I've noticed is with Tanja where it briefly mentions her being your pet even if you chose to go the nice route with her, but only one time and then it treated all other interactions with her as expected... or at least as I would expect given I figured I'd be a nice guy with her
