Head over to the scene viewer mod thread to ask this question. But from your image, I would say that you are using the wrong version of the mod. There is one for compress and one for full. Use for whichever version of the game you have.

I am making the assumption that this can happen if anyone save edit and didnt, remove/ turn off the switch for other gangs or a switch/variable used by all gangs. Or you are using gang switching mods such as my mod stolen by Lord Ashramand edited on Bon discord.
I suggest you use anYou must be registered to see the linksand check to see if the switches below are off. Only the gang you choose should be on
1503 - Gentlemans
1504 - Hornets
1505 - Dragunovs
1506 - Triads
If that doesnt work, send your save, right before the problem . So I can check if there are other variables or switches tie to all the gangs that are causing you the bug.
And no, I'm not using any other extra than those mentioned

Okaay, I take you up on that, I'm not that tech savy with this stuff =P This is the closest save before it happens day after choice of mafia and heading into dragunovs.

I see the problem. Here is your save fixed. It was caused by the problem I mentioned earlier.

Hi! I have a little bit of a dilemma:
I'm at the time were i already finished the first part of school quests and according to the guide i need to do the first and second part of the Main Quest to continue. To do that i have to meet outside the school with Warren to start the mafias quest but before i needed to do all the dates with all the different girls that i didn't do. So i go back to do that before continuing with Warren. Now, for some reason Warren doesn't appear in front of school and looking at BOF it tells me that i have to go meet Marckus at lockerooms to start the second part of the school quest.
So my question is, i go with the flow and do what BOF tells me to do or there's a way i can let Warren appear with some kind of bug fix or something? Any response would be greatly appreciated.

It’s the hottest in your opinion though. And not everyone are on the same boat as you.
I’m sure the majority would agree that a single HJ isn’t worth the wait at all. Not to mention it’s a story scene so you only get to see it once & it’s done, no more replays unless you make a save right before that scene.
