dude thats game so good but with so much bugs.. main story quest ''go to the garage to take your car'' stuck and idk what can i do about that. any suggestions guys ?
Ok I am slightly puzzled here.. Spent some time before being able to run game as it's my first time using RPGM and since I'm fairly new to linux/running windows apps from linux. Then when it booted and I saw how pixelated the game actually looked ingame and I was a bit stumped over how much attention this game has received looking like this: 2000 pages on forum is aloot of attention.. So I assumed I did something wrong, started looking at alternative engines as there is a few to chose from and dependencies etc..(again I'm new to linux so this is not cakewalk for me necessarily
) And at one point I try a "GAME RIPPER" that I found here on forums, suddenly my OS freezes and I have my first crash on ZorinOS- No real biggie but after i reboot I could not mount my second HDD where all my Ren'Py games are(and apparently this one RPG Okey, So I boot back into Win11 (which I'll keep till I'm satisfied and confident with a linux distro/my linux abilities/it's ability to not need windows at all to play these games from f95), and start decrypting the bitlocker on the other HDD just in case that was the reason it didn't mount, and this takes a while (2TB) so I'm stuck in Windows for the next ~15 hours decrypting.. and still very eager to optimize/getting the best RPG/2D-engine possible cause from looking at the pictures in this thread they appear alot crisper and crystal clear edges so clearly I'm doing something wrong? But after trying VS/godot/.net/nw.js and specially NWjs is updated as that apparently had huuge impact for how RPGs run.. but still:
..Is the game even worth it? How can it have 2000 forum pages :O It's alot smoother running in spanish language but I can't read spanish so I play on english and UI is more buggy, running around in a way to big city almost impossible even finding the school and then have to talk to 20++ students only to find the 1 that had a interaction (but still worthless)..
What made YOU keep playing this game please let me know I need some motivation to continue after all this struggle

At least the music is banging. The humor is quite fun, from the little I've seen so far. The dialoge is not cringeworthy, actually rather good.

The game is good, in my opinion it is worth it, the problem is the bugs, and after the last update there are many. I advise you to play it with cheats and the fixes. The second problem is to avoid corrupting your game, avoid using the cheats without paying attention to the missions, there are missions that do not let you take out the cell phone and if it persists even if you think it is finished, it is precisely because something is missing to complete, do not teleport from inside the buildings or you can miss events that are automatically executed when you leave them, follow the guide, although now it is a little outdated, and most importantly: if you enter the gallery do not save the game, it is a one way trip.Ok I am slightly puzzled here.. Hi, can't find the post 36,476 with the Map003. The post 36, 476 page 1824 is " Anyone else got the game breaking bud with Sarah in the bathroom in school? Jumps to cut sceen as soon as you enter the corridor and cant end it" for me. Any idea where to find this missing Map? Thank you

I found the solution for Carol's bug where she doesn't appear in the Book of Faces. You just need to continue Carol's quest by rescuing her mother, then meet her in the bathroom during recess, and later visit her at her home. After that, you can check the Book of Faces again.
