Thanks, that new map fixed the issue. I am using the full version of the game.
I have not messed around with the variables at all.

If you use the full version, did you have the fixed version or the test version, if you have the fixed version the folder loks like: Beggar_OF_Net-THE NEW LIFE v2.1Xtras.
If yoy play the compressed version, download and try the full version.
If you have the save, you can upload it here if you want and i will check it.
Do you able to continue the game after the hospital scene? If you can i have one solution for you to watch that scene, i made a low definition video for someone else who can't watch the scene, i can give it to you to, if you want.

The issue was resolved after overwriting the map007 file provided by @stray monkeys - Thanks again.

How to download Version 2.1 from torrent ?
is there any other way ? except fileboom and keepshare ?
i can download only with 30kbps speed

Save before do anything, when the first 2 cars pass by, walk to the road in frond of the third car.

Why don't you download the game form mega, look on first page for the link and if you install MEGAsync (as free user) you can download 5GB per day.

You have that Walkthrough right under that MNL window! FFS! Read it further! If you don't understand something, use for example Google Translate to translate single words you don't understand not whole sentences.
It's simple to-do-list to follow. Not some Advanced Astrophysics for Exceptionally Gifted...
